Hello! I'm Jay Akram, the proud owner of Better Choice Restoration and Carpet Cleaning right here in Mississauga, Ontario. My journey in this industry began in 1996 when I started working with another carpet cleaning company. With the skills and knowledge I acquired over the years, I felt a strong pull towards starting my own venture. So, I took the plunge and here I am today!
One of the things I prioritize is the relationship I share with my clients. I believe in open communication and always strive to go the extra mile on every job. My goal? To leave you not just satisfied, but truly happy with the service you receive. It's rewarding to be self-employed, especially when I get the chance to make a positive difference in someone's day.
Outside of my business, my two major sources of joy are my workouts and spending quality time with my family. Fitness keeps me energized and ready to tackle any challenge, while family time offers a chance to relax and recharge.
I'm also deeply fond of our Mississauga community. The warmth, kindness, and generosity of the people here are unmatched. Whenever I can, I seize opportunities to give back and assist in any way possible. After all, a community thrives when we all pitch in.
